Personnel Updates May 2010 The retirement of Captain Mike Hughes set in motion several promotions and reassignments within the Department. These changes include:

Karl Johnson has promoted from Lieutenant to Captain, and is in command of the Department's Support Services Division. Karl has been with Saginaw since 1994, and also leads our SWAT team. |
||||
|
|
Jose Murillo has promoted to the rank of Sergeant, and will be assigned to the A Shift, Day Platoon while in training. Jose's wife, Sandy, is a Records Clerk for the Department. |
||||
|
|
Sgt. Mark Andress will transfer from Patrol to the position of Administrative Sergeant, responsible for a variety of activities such as personnel, facility management and training. Mark has been with the city since 1984. |
